Minnesota hasn't been the same since 2004

January 10, 2004 saw the Minnesota Timberwolves making dutiful work of Lamar Odom’s Miami Heat, a Wednesday win that saw Kevin Garnett lead his team in points (28) and rebounds (17) and assists (six!) again. Rafer Alston started for the Heat while Wolves guard Trenton Hassell led his club with three blocks, alongside 1-7 shooting, in the 83-77 conquest. Minnesota’s center pairing featured Ervin Johnson and Oliver Miller.
