Today we’ll question the Southwest Division. Why draw lines in the sand? Why divide? Why not join our grid?

To those from Texas and Frenchexas (Louisiana) and Middle Texas (Tennessee), these inquiries over a favorite team may read as tired laments from an outsider. If it makes any difference: I enjoy driving in each of those states. I am always in the right hand lane and mostly at an appropriate speed and the officer who pulled me over in Regular Texas coulda added a lot more to that speeding ticket if he wanted to.
