ESPN reports a whopper, the Knicks trading with the Nets, all misgivings surrendered (when each other side thinks its putting one over on the there) in search of mutually beneficial swaps.
Brooklyn sends Mikal Bridges to the Knicks. New York sends unprotected first-round picks in 2025 (good draft), 2027, 2029, and 2031, whose likely top overall selection recently finished sixth grade.
The Knicks also send Brooklyn the rights to Milwaukee’s 2025 first-round selection, and first-round swap rights in 2028. Plus a 2025 second-rounder and hey, look who’s a Net again, Bojan Bogadanovic. That’s what you get for not finding the nets in the playoffs.
